Proactive Resolutions


I did it!!! I joined a gym. I made the first step to getting in shape. My first goal is small; get to the gym...don't drive by it...stop and go in. After that I will set my weight goal. I'll keep you posted on my progress. I figure its not to early to start thinking about New Years Resolutions, why not be proactive?! Is anyone else thinking along the same lines as me? What are your goals?...please share!

Good job! Now, while you're there, work out an extra hour for me. I'm really going to need you to focus on my trunk because it's a little fluffier than normal. Thanks for the help! :) I look forward to hearing about your progress.

Good for you! I have had my gym membership for two years and have only been like 6 times.
