Outta Here!!! Remembering Harry Kalas

Legendary Hall of Fame broadcaster Harry Kalas died on Monday after collapsing in the broadcasting booth before the Phillie's-Nationals game. He was a young 73.

For those who don't know - Harry Kalas was the voice of the Philadelphia Phillies. He's best known for his phrase "That ball is OUTTA HERE!!!".

The Phillies will be wearing a HK patch on their jerseys this season - close to the heart.

Sorry to hear this.

Sounds like he was a great part of the Philies organization.

Here's a new reader quiz for you: If Harry Kalas was a "young 73", then why in your reader poll is over 50 considered "older than dirt"?!?
